Schedule Service
Appointments are not required with us but to ensure your work is done on a particular day it’s best to have an appointment.
Quick jobs like flat repairs, brake adjusts, and the like are done while you wait or at least same day. More comprehensive service may require the bike to stay with us a few days.
We generally perform service on a first come first served basis. What this means is that if you think you need service feel free to bring the bike in whenever is convenient for you. If you call to ask how long a repair may take we will do our best to make an estimate but we really need to see the bicycle to give a proper one.
If you still feel you would like to schedule an appointment choose the service you feel is most likely to address your need. Bikes that are functional but need TLC are generally the Basic Tune. Bikes that have other more serious issues or need parts installed can be covered under the Deluxe Tube.
We generally have the ability to do most repairs with parts we keep on hand. That said, if you can bring the bike by for an assessment before the appointment we can make detailed notes on what will be required and order the needed parts.
Note: The appointment times are at shop opening.
We don’t need you to get to us right when we open but be aware that bikes brought in after 12:00 on the appointment day may not be completed that day.
